This thicker shaft = higher brush roll RPM's New power nozzle replacement motor (This is the motor that turns the brush roller. It is not the main Rainbow vacuum canister motor) loose-fitting power nozzle cord (where it plugs into the main Rainbow canister), OR, maybe your power nozzle's circuit breaker tripped and just needs to be reset. (press the red reset button on the circuit breaker). See our eBay "reviews and guides" about motor installation, for some circuit breaker troubleshooting info. The circuit breakers on older model power nozzles are notorious for tripping (and totally failing) when they age, creating a possible false assumption that the motor may be dead. A new motor does not solve the problem, if electrical current is prevented from ever reaching the motor due to power nozzle circuit breaker failure. This is the THICK-SHAFT motor version (see photo) This version spins the brush roll at a higher RPM rate than a standard thin shaft motor does. This style is common in Rainbow R-4375C sweepers. F
