The Conquest vacuum is not just another residential vacuum in a commercial looking skin, It has been designed and built from the ground up for commercial use. The Conquest series of industrial vacuums come in 3 models which vary in width and motor amperage. All models of Conquest sold by Allmostnew.com include a the top fill dirt-cup collection system. The EZ-Empty dirt cup collection method allows the operator to see when the machine is full. This will help to prevent potential damage to the machine from an over filled bag. Dirt cup systems are ecological, cost efficient & completely reusable, you simply empty the cup and clean again with no paper bags to buy- ever. The brush roll of the Conquest is a unique Auger-Action system with dual edge cleaning. Perfect for cleaning all carpet surfaces, the Conquest agitator runs on permanently sealed 8mm steel ball bearings. The agitator is driven by a reinforced V style belt that is shielded from dirt and debris for extended usage that helps to prevent downtime. Optimum agitator speed and the flared design of the brushes allow fast and efficient one-pass cleaning. The agitator brush-shell body can be easily and economically replaced by in the field by the user when worn. The Conquest vacuum has a hood-top mounted height adjustmentwith six independent positions to clean all types of carpeting from low nap with no backing to full plush. The Height adjustor is easy to dial in, even while the machine is in use and the positive locking system does not slip even when moved from area to area or pulled over theshholds. The Conquest air movement system is a Direct Air super tuff Nylon fan mounted in a double thick fan chamber. The entire motor system is isolated from the chasis by rubber plate bolt mounts to decrease noise and vibration and increase resistance to shear impact damage. The high airflow system has low amperage requirements and generates signifigantly less heat than high amp by-pass sytems. Lower amperage motors can be run for extended periods of time with much less wear and more efficient use of electricity. Part of the conquest motor protection system; the Heavy Object Trap is side mounted and has a see through door. Heavy objects picked up from the carpet drop out of the suction stream and fall into the trap before entering the vacuums fan. Heavy object can be removed easily as they are caught in the trap. Other quality features of the Conquest Series include a ruggedly constructed glass-filled Lexan polycarbonate chasis. An all steel handle post with dual all steel mount points. Extra long 50 ft. SJT 3 wire cord with 2 machine mounted cord restraints. Handle top mounted oversize cord hanger and fatigue fighting single piece hand grip. All Conquest vacuums also include hood mounted wear strips and a full wrap furniture guard of non-marking clear vinyl that that protect the vacuum and the cleaning area. The Conquest vacuums are best of breed for cleaning carpeted surfaces in wide area enviroments with heavy commercial ~ light industrial requirements.
